ABOLADE AJOLOPO (HND, MBA, ACA, FMP)
Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer
Abolade Ajolopo ; an IFMA certified Facility Management Professional (FMP) is a graduate of Accountancy & Finance, a Chartered Accountant and a holder of MBA Marketing degree. He has over twenty two years’ working experience in Accounting, Finance, Management, Real Estate and Facility Management. He was appointed the Head of Estates department (facility management) of UPDC Plc in 2008. At the excision and incorporation of the facility division (Velocity FM) of the company in 2016, he was appointed as the pioneer General Manager and Head of the Division; a position he held until 2019. In this position, Abolade oversaw the facility management of the residential, commercial and retail property portfolio of the company. He joined Triumph property & Facility Management Co. Limited in 2019 as the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer. He is an active member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) USA and Nigeria.
YUSUF MUTALIB (HND)
Director, Technical
Yusuf Mutalib; a highly experienced Electrical Engineer and Facility Manager with over 25 years experience. He gained this wealth of experience while working with Reckitt Benckiser Nigeria Limited, CocaCola Company, Omsong Nigeria Limited and UACN Property Development Company Plc. Yusuf holds an HND in Electrical (Power Option) from Kwara State Polytechnic. He had decided to facilitate and explore the possibilities of creating a NONE SECONDUS FACILITY COMPANY based on his experience with UPDC Plc ; a foremost property development and management company in Nigeria. He is the pioneer Managing Director of the business and in this role, oversees the operations of the business.
OLUFEMI BALOGUN (LLB, MBA, FCA, )

Balogun Olufemi, a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of ICAN, is a financial management and policy formulation Consultant. He is a Law graduate as well as possessing an MBA in Business Administration. He started his career in Accounting with the firm of Rufus Akintoye & Co Chartered Accountants as an Audit Senior and had traversed many blue chip companies during his glorious career in Accounting, Business Management, Auditing and Taxation, leading to the formation of his own accounting firm; Olufemi Balogun& Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2010. He was appointed as the Senior Special Adviser on Internally Generated Revenue to the Governor of Osun State in 2012. A position he held until 2014. He currently manages his own accounting firm as well as holding the position of the Financial /Revenue Assurance Consultant to Chief Financial Officer of MINNEAPOLIS URBAN LEAGUE, Minneapolis, MN, USA. On a social level, Femi is the Director of International Organization for Ijesa People in Diaspora and an active Member Egboro Sport Club, Ijebu-jesa, OsunState. He joined Triumph Property & Facility Management Co. Limited in 2019 as a Non Executive Director.
Engr. Yakubu Adinoyi ( B. ENG, PGDM)

Engr. Yakubu Adinoyi owns a first degree in Mechanical Engineering and Master’s Degree of Business Administration. He is a Member of Nigerian Society of Engineer [MNSE] and Chattered Engineer recognized as Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria [COREN]. He is Oil and Gas Experts on the field of Engineering Constructions, Installation, Pre commissioning and commissioning. He has 20 years of Oil and Gas experience of which 10 years were on complete Project Managements and Business Development within the Oil and Gas sectors. He recently joined Triumph Property & Facility Management Company as a Non Executive Director. He has worked so much within the country [Nigeria] and outside with first class. projects delivery and prefabs solution to operation variables in a cost effective and timely manner.
ADESINA OLAJIDE ADEYEMI (BSC, MBA)

Adesina Olajide Adeyemi is a seasoned real estate and commodity trading professional of over 13 years experience in the real estate and facility management industry He holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA in International Business He started his career with Lagos State University as an administrative Officer in 2003 before joining in 2004 Skymedia Nigeria Ltd as an Accountant And Senior Personal Assistant to the Managing Director where he rose to the post of General Manager and a position he held till 2006 before founding his own real estate company Shinacept Ltd in 2006 He is a member of the International Facility Management Association, National Realtor Association and an active member of the CoreNet Global and numerous real estate sociations both locally and internationally He recently joined Triumph Property Facility Management Co Limited
as a Non Non Executive Director.
OKEY NNOROM
Non Executive Director
Okey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, with more than twenty five years experience in the Nigeria real estate sector. He spent his early professional years in several private estate surveying firms, where his duties ranged from property valuation and agency, property management and maintenance, to feasibility appraisal. He later moved over to UACN Property Development Company Plc as a Regional Manager, and rose to become the company’s Estate Controller. Okey went into private practice in 2005 with the setting up of Nnorom & Associates (a professional real estate services firm), and in 2008, Facilicare Services Limited- a facility management firm he also headed until 2015. He has attended various courses at the Lagos Business School and other professional institutions. He is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, the Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, and the International Facility Management Association (Nigeria Chapter)
